The axle blocks on all models of KTM are known to crack at some time. Usually that meant replacing the axle, as you could not get the threaded block on the fixed side, which is a costly endeavour because the OEM part consists of a full rear axle.
These axle blocks will replace your old cracked ones at a fraction of the cost.

Installation Instructions
Heat and remove threaded on OEM cast Axle Block. The heat releases the Lock Tite. The block should come off with a twist. IT WILL BE HOT! Hold axle tube in vise with soft jaws. Let axle cool. Thread on CJD Billet Axle Block with red locktite. Opposite spacer replaces OEM cast one.
