• Digital content and services (e.g. GPX tracks, roadbooks, digital guides)

Descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for information purposes only and may change without notice.

• Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

• All digital content is for personal use only.

• Redistribution, resale, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.​

Use of GPX tracks and digital content is entirely at your own risk.

Motorcycling, off-road riding, and adventure travel involve inherent risks.

By purchasing or using our digital content, products, or services, you acknowledge that:

• You ride and navigate at your own risk

• Road, trail, weather, and legal conditions may change at any time

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, fines, navigation errors, or route closures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADV.enaline excludes all liability for damages resulting from the use of our products, digital content, GPX tracks, or participation in courses or events.

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website

• Payments are processed via Wix Payments (credit card and other methods provided by Wix)

• Orders are processed only after successful payment

• Shipping is available within Europe only

• Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout

Physical Products

• Returns are accepted only if required by applicable consumer law

• Used spare parts are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are granted once the download has started, unless required by mandatory law

These T&C are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Switzerland.
